Welcome. Congratulations on making it here. In case no one’s told you lately, you’re amazing.

I’m sure you’ve often wondered if this was the life you were meant to have.Is this it?

Sometimes it feels like life itself is against us. You work your butt off, hoping and dreaming, but it seems like every time you set a goal or commit to something, it falls through.

It’s like everyone else is going on vacations or buying houses like candies at the corner store when you struggle to go to the local park and buy a doll house.

You close your eyes to focus on the good, take a deep breath, and continue to move forward despite your fears.

Covering your ears, you try to ignore all the people around you telling you to face reality because you’ll never be able to do it. However, no matter how much you try to block it out, that inner voice of doubt keeps getting louder.

Deep inside, you wonder: ‘How long do I have to keep doing this?’

The daily grind is grinding away at your happiness.

Your chest constricts as more responsibilities pile up. Another day with more of the same. It seems like the light in the tunnel was nothing more than an illusion as you head toward another dead end. Time’s passing, but things don’t seem to be getting better.

What are you doing wrong? Feeling numb you just try to endure every wave. It feels like something is missing, something that was once very important.

You need a break. Just a minute to catch your breath. There has to be more in store for you than this. You were meant for more.

And yes, you are.

You are not alone.

Actually, you’ll find more kindred spirits than you thought.

We’re working hard to improve ourselves, but just as we get to work another crisis pops up, or unsupportive people pipe up. It can be a long journey and sometimes very lonely.

But others don’t need to give you a break; you need to give yourself a break.

I see you.

You’ve worked harder than you give yourself credit for.

Hard work, however, is only helpful when it brings you in the right direction. If your goal is to get out of the waves and onto the shore, then working hard to swim out to sea is counterproductive.

Can I tell you a secret?

Our mindset determines our choices and actions. If our mind strays, then the following actions and choices take us away from what we truly want.

What do you feel is right for you? What would make you feel happy?

Once you choose your path, it’s important not to lose your way by letting self-doubt give you false directions. When the road is long, the skies darken, and you receive a downpour of all the reasons why it will never happen (at least, not for you), you end up frozen in place. Unable to move forward, you curl into a ball to protect yourself from the onslaught of doubt.

However, how would you feel if you had someone who would tell you just the words you needed to hear?

Not how long you still have to walk, how much there is still to fix, everything that can go wrong, or why you shouldn’t bother…

But someone who tells you how strong you are, how capable you are, who will lift you up when you feel down and point out how far you already came.

We can’t control other people, nor force them to be a certain way, but I created this book to be the voice of that best friend that hugs your heart and reminds you that you got this. You’re amazing. You’ve already started walking the path to finally feeling good about yourself and your life.

In this book (and audio) you’ll find easy-to-digest poems that blend the playful rhyming of Dr. Seuss with the empowering affirmations of Louise Hay to help you change your life by giving you peace of mind and a daily dose of encouragement.

It will make you feel good from the inside out.

With it you can:

  • Feel stronger and more confident, even in challenging times
  • Flip the script on how you see people and situations
  • Love yourself no matter what
  • Calm yourself down easily whenever you feel anxious or stressed
  • Realize how loved, valued, accepted, and powerful you truly are
  • Feel like you can do anything you dream of
  • Choose yourself, remove barriers, and reach your full potential
  • Get a sense of belonging and encouragement on your self-love journey
